What is this soap?
Each recipe is made with high-quality ingredients. Every bar is tested to ensure a lathery, luscious experience. These are body bars, unless otherwise marked in the description.
The pH on our face is lower than our body. You could irritate your face if you use a body bar on it.
Only high-quality and ethically-sourced ingredients are used for women to feel like a goddess, recharge and go back in action.
How to use soap?
Lather with water, apply on skin, then rinse off thoroughly for best results.
I recommend a sisal jacket during use to enhance your experience. Hanging it to dry on your shower caddy in the cozy jacket will also extend the life of each bar (even more than a soap tray). Sisal jackets are available on this site. And you are encouraged to clean them by hand and reuse them.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, my soap is free from harsh and low-quality ingredients and perfect for sensitive skin types. For example, only finely milled clay from around the world is used for coloring instead of harsh chemicals. This also nourishes and cleanses the skin.

Does the soap have fragrance?
Yes, both high quality essential oils and fragrances are used.
This was an eco-aware decision. Fragrance is more sustainable for our earth and lasts longer for your enjoyment.
There are some without any scent or fragrance, such as "Julia", the traditonal Castilian soap bar.
There are some batches that have both scented and unscented with the same oil blend etc., per request, and those you can see in the descriptions which those are.
How long does your soap last?
If stored dry between uses, the soap usually lasts about 30 uses. There is no solid answer for this since it depends on how much and how long it is used each time. But, there is no need to cut short your experience. I recommend keeping it hanging in a sisal shower cozy/jacket between and during uses to extend it as long as possible. There is a selection available on this site.
When keeping in stock, keep in a dry, well-ventilated and dark location. The soap shelf life is approximately 2 years. It is usually about 6 months, however, great care was taken to create recipes that are among the best quality all-around, available. If stored in a way where it continues to get ventilation it will harden or cure even more and last even longer for you.
Are there any preservatives in the soap?
Yes. But, NO synthetic preservatives are added. Only organic.
Citric acid, an organic compound that prevents Dreaded Orange Spots, or rot, prevents soap scum and increases the longevity of the soap more than double. Nature's way of providing a "win-win" for your lather experience.
Sodium Gluconate is another natural compound used to improve lather, prevent DOA (Dreaded Orange Spot) extending the shelf life and greatly reduces soap scum that results from a chemical reaction with water with a lot of minerals ("hard water").
Sodium Citrate is what is formed when Sodium Gluconate and Citric acid are mixed together. They enhance each other and become an even stronger chelator, or soap scum prevention. This combination is used in every recipe from this seller.
Sodium Lactate is another natural compound used to extend the life of the bar and make it more moisturizing.
Sodium Chloride (table salt, fine sea salt) is another natural compound used to extend the life and scent of the bar.
What is special about your oil bases?
Each bar is designed with its own unique oil blend to help enhance and create a unique experience with each bar.
Also, the oil blends are slowly heated to preserve the natural healing properties associated with each one. Further enhancing the experience for the user.
What is the white powder on my soap?
If there is some powdery substance it is soda ash. It is harmless and will disappear after a few washes.
It happens when lye does not interact with carbon dioxide during curing. This is harmless. It will wash away. It is very rare, if ever, you will have this from this seller.

Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
